To book one of our services, you can either contact us by giving us a call, email or booking directly on our website “Book Now” page. If you have a question or query before you would like to book, do not hesitate to give us an email and we will respond to you as soon as possible. At Silver Ivy Solutions, we also have an initial upfront booking fee for our services, just so we can lock in your slot! The standard booking fee and sourcing and consulting fee (if applicable) are applied before your service. The amount is varied based on the type of service. We always want to provide full clarity for our customers; therefore, our full prices are listed on our “service list” page on our website, so there will be no hidden costs added to any of our services!
To ensure that we have availability for all our clients, we politely ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may not be eligible
for a full refund. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or rescheduling where reasonable.

Our policy kindly requests that you provide 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a calendar booking. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee may not be refundable. This is because time has been reserved specifically for your booking.

The payments we accept are Credit or Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, contactless payments (if you have a call-out service) and cash.

Yes, you can, as long as it is before the 48-hour notice period, you can change the date or time of your scheduled service. The booking fee is non-refundable as it holds your desired service date in our calendar. However, if you wish to cancel your service, you will be fully refunded any upfront refundable fees (booking fee included, if applicable) as long as it's before the 48-hour notice period.
