This session is tailored to your specific needs. You may choose one focus area: Online Safety, Media Streaming or Social Media and specify specifically what you would like to learn. We will then tailor your session by explaining the concept step by step, going through the concept together through real-time demonstrations, and, as standard, answering any questions you may have. This is ideal for individuals who would like to learn specific topic areas or need some assistance in understanding how to navigate their own tech.

Content Summary: Understanding entry-level usage of your devices (turning them on and off, navigating menus and finding different apps, charging, typing, browsing the web, email and app basics, sending and receiving texts and attachments, making calls and downloading apps, taking photos, connecting devices with Bluetooth, adjusting your device settings to your liking - such as font size and brightness, and connecting and checking Wi-Fi status).
